Just a note to anyone else that wants to send me a nasty email about the dangers of co-proxamol - I should be ashamed of setting this site up - and all the other shit ive been getting.
I set this forum up in the hope that it may help others. It cost me money (not much, but it did cost). If you don't like whats here, well quite frankly you can click the white cross in the red box at the top right hand side of your browser.
Theres another way I could put that - You can work it out I'm sure.
This forum is STAYING here and I couldn't give a rats ass who it upsets.
RANT OVER.

Hi Mike,
For what it's worth, dont let the bu66ers get you down. If the nasty emails are over the top, print them off and hand the physical copy to your local police. They can track down the ISP etc., and go knock on the doors to caution and charge.
Though, interestingly, I had a long chat with my doctor yesterday. He had someone accidently die through unintentional overdose (with combination of other drugs) in a previous practise that he worked in through co-proxamol (I suspect circumstances similar to Heath Ledger and Michael Jackson).
Having also lost a friend to myself (non co-proxamol related) I could empathise with the doctor and how he must have felt when dealing with the family after the tragic event. As an ex-cop, I've had that job to do many times and it was possibly the worst thing ever to have to do - inform relatives of their loss of a loved one.
I can even understand why the MHRA have banned co-proxamol. Just a pity the MHRA cannot understand what a poxy mess they have made with their failed "Named Patient" system, leaving thousands in unmedicated or undermedicated pain.
Whatever else Mike, your young website is certainly getting under the skins of some people. If they are genuine complainants, perhaps who have lost a friend or relative, then obviously some understanding and tolerance is due.
If they are just plain rabid, then report them to the police.
The best response is the one you gave. Keep the website up and running. I for one, know the collective resourse and evidence that will be put on your site over the next couple of months should decapitate the MHRA (as the LibDem terminology goes), and cause a wholesale audit of the Health Regulator.
Your site resource, once built up will also perform a significant service when the material needs to be sent up to the European Court of Human Rights people.
Keep up the good work.
Very best wishes,
Russ.

Thanks Russ. Of course, there is no way I would want to hurt or upset anyone that has lost a loved one / friend. Thing is though (and this is one of the reasons why I started this forum) I havnt yet seen ANY proof that CP, by itself, is responsible for any deaths. Anyway, this forum isnt going anywhere if I can help it. If it gets "under the skin" then good - the debate will start!
